Very good program - especially in the India office. We also have a very good conversion rate to full time employment, and the talent has been very good.

What's the vibe like in the Operations dept at Cloud Lending? How many hours are you working?
It is a good group of people and everyone is learning. Hours depend on the projects and meetings.

Honestly, the interview questions are more about your past and things you have done. No real cookie cutter questions from some random online source.

Somewhat millennial, somewhat inexperienced.

Standard questions for the most part. Nothing meant to trip folks up.

I believe there is phone screens, technical screens, and on-sites that include panels.
What part of Q2's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
No sure really...they all seem to grow fast. Development, Marketing, Recruiting...
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Q2?
Help our leadership develop more leadership skills. That alone could launch us in to the next level.
What do people at Q2 think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
He's great. One of the true leaders of the company.
How's the work life balance at Q2?
Great for a software company
Does Q2 have any remote positions?
Not that I'm aware of, but I believe there are a select few that are allowed to work remotely for at least part of the time.
How's the vacation policy at Q2?
Not too bad...but it's a pot of PTO rather than vacation/sick time. That inevitably leads to more sick folks at work saving PTO for vacation.
How does Q2 make decisions around promotions?
They have recently hired from outside for some senior leadership positions, so that's an encouraging trend. Historically, they have promoted those that are good developers in to leadership positions, and often they are not good leaders. So, now we seem to have a mix...those that can do attempting to lead, and those that can lead. Hopefully time will even this out to be more populated with true leaders.
