Q2 fosters positive energy throughout the year with their various events and campaigns.
We are growing and changing, so sometimes it can be uncomfortable, but the business model is good and the people are smart and great to work with.
We have an inclusive culture. People participate and make sure that others are not left out.
Coworkers in product engineering team are great. People are knowledgeable. Everyone is approachable and willing to help others. Office space in India needs improvement.

People are friendly. But from where I stand, not very disciplined, we could be much more efficient if we didn't work in bouts of cowboy coding. People are also somewhat chatty and many meetings degenerate into long chats. Not everyone demonstrates ownership and accountability.

One change I expect is to have more structured work processes - especially with training, documentation and meetings. People are extremely execution focussed, and sometimes spread too thin. With more experienced professionals joining the company over recent months, expect more structure in our work.

Company should provide regular Training programs with latest technologies used in the market. Office space feels gloomy. There is no open area. There should be dedicated HR team for taking the ownership of employees fun activities. Cafeteria/Pantry should be bigger with sufficient seating capacity.
