The comp's fine. Stock equity is quite low IMO, at least mine is. Benefits especially medical insurance, is much worse than other places I've worked at.

Compensation, especially cash component is above market - as it is a start up business. The stock component is at market. Benefits are standard, however the company takes care of its employees needs and responds to their requests very quickly.
