    Health (poor plan options, expensive) Dental - standard (have to wait 1 year for benefits to kick in) Vision - Good & inexpensive

  • Benefits Health Insurance - Really, really bad and expensive There Were 2 options HDLP - "lower" premium, Huge deductible (can't remember name) - Nearly consumes your whole paycheck, but doc visits are fixed cost (co-pay), and better coverage Dental - Good coverage and reasonable cost Vision - Good.

  • They used to be friends. They left and were replaced with people that only interact w/you when they need/want something.

    People generally like our CEO. I do not know why. It doesn't seem that he's had any positive influence (or any, really) on my role.

  • Jeff is well-liked, but no-one seems to "care" anymore.

  • After the recent production we pretty much decided that the current CEO is a genius. The new technologies being used in the payment industry is dynamic, thought-provoking and innovative. The services Fiserv provides is extensive and can be applied to various industries.

    In one word, horrible. company phone used as a tether to always keep you on "standby".

  • There is no balance. Huge workload causes work to intrude into life outside of "work".

  • It can be challenging as many people work 2nd and third shifts and work the weekend. It takes of a lot of scheduling and time to figure out when to best use time off especially since we can't use leave until it is earned.

  • I do not know. They kept employees in the dark about these kinds of things. They put out reports, but they were so loaded with nonsense acronyms and "corporate ipsum" that they were indecipherable.

  • I do not know, the business area is too wide. One thing I do know is that they acquire everybody who is competition and then don't know what to do with themselves and end up killing off the good products to focus on the management favorite of the week.

    Bring some fun back. Previous department managers knew how to foster a team mentality and having fun together was important.

  • I left Fiserv. I wouldn't want to go back if they asked.

  • If I was thirty years younger I'd be disappointed in the wages of the people who actually run the machines and stand-up for long periods of time.

  • They used to make sure culture "fit" was addressed. Now it's "can you do the work?" If the candidate "checks" enough skill boxes, they're hired.

  • They'll try to trip you up on technical questions. One interviewer bragged that they caught the interviewee by asking them about their proficiency with "Windows Server 2010" (which doesn't exist).
