    They'll try to trip you up on technical questions. One interviewer bragged that they caught the interviewee by asking them about their proficiency with "Windows Server 2010" (which doesn't exist).

    They used to make sure culture "fit" was addressed. Now it's "can you do the work?" If the candidate "checks" enough skill boxes, they're hired.
