Co-workers are generally great, but management is really bad, and top management is toxic.
It’s a fun satisfying place to work
It has been a great company to work for. there is a great balance of work and family life. They do may activities through out the year to show they care about the employees. The only problem is pay. at least in my office it is well below for the industry and can be hard to move up.
