The company from a global perspective is great, however my store environment is toxic.

We need to work together as a team, not as a bunch of individual departments. We need a vision of what our company is and what we are working towards.
besides the first paycheck policy its a good company. but mailing first checks to employees address seems like housing discrimination what if an employee doesn't have a mailing address
Better customer service. Try listening to customer issues with creative resolutions.
