What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team listens. They all have an open door policy, regardless of level. They care about the employees.

Unfortunately many decisions have been made for the Executive team that were in their best interests, but, not the best interest of the company or employees. No one seems to care about the employees...
Communication with and caring about employees
Upper management needs to get to know the people that work in the stores tores and know what is happening with them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Amazing benefits - vacation, 401k package and work from home policy are the best!
We have good medical coverage
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
stock/share options for all employees not explained and when asked nobody seems to know what are the options for pt employees
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all hard workers and truly good people. It's like one big family.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everything we do reflects Sound Mind Sound Body. I love that.

The company from a global perspective is great, however my store environment is toxic.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need to work together as a team, not as a bunch of individual departments. We need a vision of what our company is and what we are working towards.
We talk about a culture, but, it doesn't actually exist
