How employees describe working at Atrium
I feel my experience has been great and i have room to continue to grow. I do think there are areas for improvement in terms of people working with and getting to know people outside of their team.
higher base, stronger take home commission off of margin, better maternity leave coverage
it has ups and downs. im very grateful for my time here, my managers and to be trained by such amazing people, but counter that the extreme burn out ive felt and loyalty ive given to the company seems less and less receprocated the longer im here and more i learn about other recruiting companies
I feel fortunate to have found Atrium. I've developed as a business professional during my tenure. I am thankful for what I have learned and grown into. Atrium appreciated my various experiences coming into the organization.
