Horrible. I have never felt so degrading before until working for this company. The telesales department is a horrible experience and caused me to need therapy and anxiety medication.

I think our leaders do a great job of being in the trenches with us. I never feel like they're "higher-ups" looking down and telling us what to do. If we put in long hours, so do they, and I do feel appreciated in those super busy seasons.

I feel like we're a pretty tight-knit unit, overall. Most people are there to help and invested in helping you do your job well, because that means they can do their job well.
