Better atmosphere by management would help
Central Transport is a joke and dont ever go work for them. If youre a woman youre basically walked over. Your routes are based off senority and you will be paid the bottom of the barrel but they will Lie to get you in there not thinking that youbhabe options. Equipment is horrible.
The Terminal manager at 405 doesn't have a clue what he is doing and completely undermines the dock lead when he tries to do his job. This is one reason we can't keep drivers.
Better equipment better 401k plan better health care
