Good place to start for new driver driving career

Work is OK u have to constantly watch your money

I dont know yet I just got here and I dont hear too many good things

Worse management practices and the places is so unsafe to work for

Have employee I work with who's truck is always hooked up and ready to go when arriving mine I have to hook. He stays on dock when not driving so as to make 30 plus hours per week me I get on a average 18 to 20. He misses more than allowed by company rules but still has job with no write ups.

Well the employees are great

Be on top of management as well as employees

Create some kind if general sense that their employees actually matter

Fairness to all. And not show favoritism to one

Doing his job so that everyone else doesn't have to constantly cover for him. And listen to the feedback from employees that have been here longer than he has instead of completely ignoring and undermining the dock lead every time he says anything.

Telling the truth! Also they need to have better pay and stop forcing people to drive then come work the docks bc theyre cheap.

Pay is not efficient for the times.

Try to be competitive and pay employees what they're worth

Maybe because I'm a female and it's not too many at this company. I guess the females are capped at a certain pay. I have tried my best to get longer runs, but I'm always looked over. I would like to make a consistent paycheck instead of worrying if I'm going to have a good week to pay my bills/fam

Lend a helping hand when needed

The team agrees together easily on the fact, Central Transportation could provide better means of keeping their employees in service.

Some of the drivers are awesome to work with, very helpful.

Everyone try to help each other as far as the employees

one of the best things about my team is that everyone looks out for each other. The team really interacts with one another like family.

Better management to be able to keep the places better for a better business

Central pays a low wage and gets what they pay for which employees who care about their job as much as their job cares about them

They need to be willing to listen and learn how to do the job.

The employees but management not so much

Nothing can change how Central Operates.

Alot mainly the consistency with policy

Pat a competitive wage. Take care of your equipment ie trucks, trailers and forklifts and hire/promote managers who care about their employees as much as they do numbers

Again fairness to all. Equal opportunity to make a decent paycheck.

The trailers and trucks need serviced more often

It wasn't drawn out. Fast and to the point

The people at my terminal are good people

Almost everything need to explain things better have paperwork ready etc

I am most happy when I off to work and able to load and unloading trailers for the goods of the community.

Being paid very well and working with unbiased good people.

Better site better equipment,better management and right training to sucede

Prospect constantly damaged or missing items

The equipment is junk and needs to be serviced

Better atmosphere by management would help
