Doing his job so that everyone else doesn't have to constantly cover for him. And listen to the feedback from employees that have been here longer than he has instead of completely ignoring and undermining the dock lead every time he says anything.
Telling the truth! Also they need to have better pay and stop forcing people to drive then come work the docks bc theyre cheap.

Maybe because I'm a female and it's not too many at this company. I guess the females are capped at a certain pay. I have tried my best to get longer runs, but I'm always looked over. I would like to make a consistent paycheck instead of worrying if I'm going to have a good week to pay my bills/fam

Some of the drivers are awesome to work with, very helpful.
Everyone try to help each other as far as the employees
one of the best things about my team is that everyone looks out for each other. The team really interacts with one another like family.

Central pays a low wage and gets what they pay for which employees who care about their job as much as their job cares about them

Pat a competitive wage. Take care of your equipment ie trucks, trailers and forklifts and hire/promote managers who care about their employees as much as they do numbers
