It's a great company to learn and gain experience, there's a ton of things to learn each day. But it's very siloed. There's senior management and nothing else really. Middle management is nonexistent and career opportunities are reserved for those who work with senior management.

I think we need to focus on building personal relationships. Remote work and virtual set up just killed them or made them non-existent in the first place.

I'm looking forward to our salary bands introduced across geos to make sure everyone is paid fairly and equally. It makes me feel that my company values me exactly the same as my colleagues in London or Berlin.
