What is the best part about your compensation package?
Codility is the first place I've worked that actually values their employees and proves that with the culture. A lot of companies sell false promises on work-life balance and benefits. Codility is the real deal.

Codility understands the current shift in global labor market dynamics so that we are paid fairly for even the largest, most expensive markets!

I enjoyed meeting with various stakeholders/team members.

It was thorough and challenging, the atmosphere and respect towards the candidate was great. Also, it was not an investigation and gave me good insights about the role, team, company etc.
