Job well done, I like what I do and it makes me feel satisfaction when a project is done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's very people-oriented but at the same time, it's still a business that needs to thrive. There is very little sentiment and yet the team takes care of people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel (know) that I can take the day off and the world is not going to end. Everything will go smoothly, I do not need to stress. Also, my working hours are very flexible. I get the job done but at a preferred time of the day.
