I've been here almost for three years and I don't imagine myself going anywhere else for a few more years as I appreciate company's culture, approach to work, people who work here and I still see space to grow further, especially now when the company starts to grow dynamically.

The leadership team at Codility truly cares both for the business and the people working here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Big budget for growth that I can use to develop my skills by joining courses, going for conferences, etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's hard not to like people here, they are nice, experts in what they do, open to further development and working hard.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was thorough and challenging, the atmosphere and respect towards the candidate was great. Also, it was not an investigation and gave me good insights about the role, team, company etc.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are the best asset of Codility :) Also, the fact that we work in a co-working space that is equipped with everything we need to work effectively and additionally comes with a great community.
What makes you most happy at work?
I will have to repeat myself but people first and foremost. Other than that, ownership that I have over what I do (I hate being micromanaged) and the fact that I do what I love.
