Stop stereotyping and making assumptions about people based on their race/ethnicity. Try to talk, get to know them as individuals instead, and see where they are coming from.

There was the problem of some coworkers expecting you to help them with their projects which they said they would help you with your project as well, but then bailed last minute after you have already helped them. Happened to me twice in only a few months.
