Our team is very united,a great majority of us are fully committed to the company and the product and knowledge. We have fun when we are together and we push to keep going with a laser focus

Compared to other tech, IT and construction companies, we don't try to retain younger talent. Newer generations require more feedback and direction to move forward with a "belief" or action plan. We also don't have real benefits for parental leave, and the PTO is blurry since sick time was removed.
