Tends to be low. People love it or hate it, but most are in fear for their jobs.

Old cubicle farms. They recently started to update and add employee cafeterias and lounges.

Great for year one. Then you make less. Moving targets ensure you make less each year even though they give you a small raise each year.

Great group of people, but they only last for 2 years before they move on. Crestron growth targets are ridiculous. You kill your quota one year and the next you make much less money. Then you leave.
How's the leadership on the Sales team at Crestron Electronics?
Management through fear and intimidation. It starts at the top. Again, this company offers products that no one else in the AV world offers. But their arrogance extends to how they treat employees as well. There are very few VPs, only directors and the company is run like a dictatorship.

I work 8-10 hours per day. There is zero concern from management about retention. They consider it an honor to work for Crestron and could care less if you leave or stay. Unfortunate as they have great products but a terrible CEO. People live in fear because of CEOs volatility. No one lasts long and employee churn is part of their business model.
