All of the ones I have met are approachable and seem very smart.

They are willing to help and guide you

Highly approachable and willing to listen and act on ideas and proposals.

Crestron is managed in a very transparent manner, all managers and executives have open doors, ideas and suggestions are encourage.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There are no bonuses and the overall compensation package (bonus, benefits, PTO) could be better.

No overtime but they expect you to work past 5:30pm

No stock options. No bonuses.

Works long hours, unreasonable sales quota, small rewards.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The majority of people I interact with want the company to do well, so they want you to do well.

no politics, just lots of good people all working towards the common good of the company

Our team is dedicated and hardworking. While we are relatively large organization, we move rapidly and find ways to get the important things accomplished. The customer is king here at Crestron.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Coworkers are doing their best, but are hindered by management. Communication is tedious and inefficient.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Crestron offers a challenging but open environment. Individuals interest in making a difference, with the courage to back their ideas, with their effort are rewarded. The company is a leader in a rapidly growing market - it would be challenging to find more attractive market position to be in.

I get to work on a variety of projects and try new things.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Company is out of touch with customers. We rely on dealers, some good some bad. The end user is rarely part of the equation. Our products are solid, but the installation and application varies by dealer. It is Crestron's reputation to the end user that is ignored.
