the post can not make a plan for a week. There is not a development plan for the workers. The post is not supportive of those who study.
Change the work culture, Managers could be seen often and they should express what they expect from us. Also they should listen to our voice not always should the managers negotiate with the trade union
Instead of taking people directly and without knowing their background, the post together with an interview should make a psychometric test to know if the new employee fits the job. This would probably save the company a lot of money as most of the times new comers after 2 weeks they leave the job.
