Leadership team was the only thing I cared about when going to work. They are the most genuine people I know. Unfortunately, it's the nature of the beast, and I rarely get to spend time with them.

Maybe get rid of the 'ribs in bags' and 'mash in bags'. Rework your menu. I'm ashamed to serve that crap. Just go for your salads and burgers and fried stuff, and anything deep-fried or raw. Pizzas, bagged mash, bagged ribs, and soup can die.
