BEST CO-WORKERS IN THE WHOLE FREAKING WORLD. Unfortunately, I only get to see them 2 hours a week.
Work on food knowledge, building dishes, pairing dishes. not just the roll out seminars, but actual pre-shifts focused on things other than "your out time should be 10 minutes after your last table leaves"... for example.
Team meetings changed nothing. No one felt heard and I was silenced many times.
