Having inherited a large sum I recently deposited it in 5/3. I cannot download the 5/3 appli as my cell phone is European. I could log into 53.com but now that is blocked and none of your personnel can fix that so I can't track the $500k+ money I have in your bank. Very unhappy with 5/3!
Fraud dispute responses, Results depending on my word versus theirs. Ridiculous.
Very discouraged by their Memorial Fund program.

Definitely recommend applying for one of their leadership programs... recent grads get rotational roles which in my opinion develops them amazingly. I think all the different departments have one CAPs, FALP, etc. Check out their website!

It used to be super old and huge cubes/ office lined but now they are changing to an open modern layout... which is not liked by most of the employees

Banking benefits for employees, perks like discounted pricing and elevated statuses. 401k is contribute 6% and get a 7% match, a wellness program (financial & health) which essentially can offset healthcare costs, plus an employee stock purchase program!
