Having inherited a large sum I recently deposited it in 5/3. I cannot download the 5/3 appli as my cell phone is European. I could log into 53.com but now that is blocked and none of your personnel can fix that so I can't track the $500k+ money I have in your bank. Very unhappy with 5/3!
Fraud dispute responses, Results depending on my word versus theirs. Ridiculous.
Very discouraged by their Memorial Fund program.
