You have to have a second job to afford life

Being overlooked when you’re doing everything you can to move

HSA is our only option at the moment and it is very expensive, covering very little. High co-pays (if any), high deductibles, high premiums. Wacky dental and vision coverage rules. Life insurance takes two years to pay out. Benefits need an overhaul across the board, in my opinion.

The amount of hours expected to work in a week outweighs the pay. Health insursnce is expensive and covers very little

After 10 years with solid performance, pay has barely increased. You're typically paid in appreciation for your hard work.

Working together as appossed to purposely causing a divide

People own projects and become emotionally invested. Should there be a suggestion on said product, its denied because the owner wont see it from a different view point.

No one is Happy working here.

Making an impact on the customers I wait on, on a daily basis. My other coworkers who contribute as a team to accomplish daily, weekly and monthly task.

I cant speak for all branches but the one I trained and the one I work at the people are great

Some layers of managment simply need to be removed

Let tattoos show, accept differences, stop closing branches in the north and neglecting the open ones, just to tout new branches in the south.

The interview process is the best you will ever feel for your duration at Fifth Third

The hiring manager (that is no longer with the company) had a way of asking questions to take away the nervousness before asking difficult questions. It was more of a conservation and less of an interrogation.

The person who interviewed me was great

Pay staff adequately. The only way to ger a raise at Fifth Third Bank is to leave Fifth Third Bank.

Terrible managment...too clicky Get real about what is best for employees

As I stated they need to do a complete overhaul I've never been more disgusted with a job and I'm always looking for new work

The environment is depressing and the upper management makes the job unenjoyable
