Fifth Third Bank Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

its personal, encouraging, understanding, makes me accountable, inspiring, professional and approachable.

Very diverse and talented team that brings a lot of fresh perspective.

They've honestly have never done anything helpful

The other regions are great but this one is not good at communication

They are approachable and willing to connect with employees

They actually listen to their team members.

The ledership team is personable.

I think they are good but probably there's some actions that are more words than actions/beliefs

The executive team is the weakest part of the bank. The middle level and senior managers are amazing .

Care about employees and the communities we are in.

Review from Sales Dept

the team is more than willing to help us.

Review from Operations Dept

Theyre incredibly supportive and will go out of their way to help an employee as long as you communicate with them.

Review from Operations Dept

Great leaders at my work

Review from Sales Dept

Everything about them. Always concerned about the community and their employees

They are always so kind and help me become the best worker that I can be. They are always there to help me and answer any questions. They don’t talk down to me or degrade me.

They stay quite and don't bother. Too conservative , tho

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

we need to aliened with our core values and mission

Review from Sales Dept

Fairness, Inclusion, notvturning a blind eye tonthe toxicity

Better communication in middle management- overall can be petty and vindictive

Could do better in some areas

Being direct and honest. Implement truly anonymized feedback methods. Consider anonymizing Q&A sessions where everyone can see what questions are being asked by people and passed by. Be accountable.

Realizing that humans come in different shapes, sizes, and colors. Update the dress code to reflect that. Stop with the roadmap trainings that just points you to a KB article. You dont always have context to be abke to interpret what it means thus leading to inconsistent info to customers.

Communication. Both listening and responding. They always say to ask for help if you need anything, but usually there is no response. If there is a response its usually "I can't help with that, but please ask for help if you need anything."

Listening and responding to wmployee feedback

Communication and treating every one as though we are equal

Review from Operations Dept

Fully staffing the free standing branches

Review from Sales Dept

Many of the big bosses are out of touch with normal society. They are wealthy individuals who cannot relate to average people.

Review from Operations Dept

Putting customers rather than profit first

Review from Operations Dept

really bad only care about profit, and how to cut benifts of employees
