Success- and results-oriented, good support

Making an impact on the customers I wait on, on a daily basis. My other coworkers who contribute as a team to accomplish daily, weekly and monthly task.

I cant speak for all branches but the one I trained and the one I work at the people are great

It is really fun and cool

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

All of Management across the board

Some layers of managment simply need to be removed

Let tattoos show, accept differences, stop closing branches in the north and neglecting the open ones, just to tout new branches in the south.

Behaviors for speaking up should be rewarded and not condemned

I rhibk alot could change .

Fairness, people are not being valued or treated fairly like manager favorites

Everything needs to change and I mean everything they need to do a complete overhaul

everything. branch mangers are the ones that need changes

Treat the employees better. The bosses make millions of dollars in salary and bonus. Yet they make it nearly impossible for me to earn mine. After all. They make money off of the work I do. They don't find new customers or sign loans. I do.
