Chaotic, tons of leadership turnover
The amount of technical knowledge that I've aquired, combined with the amount of influence my role has,has me re-evaluating my salary need. and I'm consistently operating at a high performance level during a major world event I would like to make at least the national the national average.
Poor compensation, poor executive leadership, poor benefits, good work life balance, good immediate team members and peers
