What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive leadership team is not in touch with reality.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Setting a vision and then allowing time and resources to execute, instead of jumping from one shiny object to the next.
Marketplace-based strategy, leadership all focused towards same goals.

Salary below market value with no raises for 2 years.

The amount of technical knowledge that I've aquired, combined with the amount of influence my role has,has me re-evaluating my salary need. and I'm consistently operating at a high performance level during a major world event I would like to make at least the national the national average.
