They don't pay the AE's what they agree to pay them on the offer letter. That hurts morale and causes a lot of turnover. The support teams are not motivated to support sales and do enough to just get by.
Pay is the same as McDonald's for some positions, which is shameful, considering what others are paid. To top it off, they slowly add additional work outside the original offer letter scope, with no pay raise. Not sustainable, high turnover, salaried employees work to death.
