The energy and thoughtfulness within our culture is infectious and amazing! I can't imagine ever not loving my job. There are always aspects that are stressful and we move very fast here. However, it is beyond rewarding and I'm excited about our future!
First job out of college, so I do not have a big frame of reference, but the management seems to really care about your development and success within the company, which I have heard is not a given for other people in their roles.
Can be intense at times with changing priorities and big personalities.

Frowned upon. GumGum offers flexible PTO to it's employees. No need to work from home.
