The energy and thoughtfulness within our culture is infectious and amazing! I can't imagine ever not loving my job. There are always aspects that are stressful and we move very fast here. However, it is beyond rewarding and I'm excited about our future!

First job out of college, so I do not have a big frame of reference, but the management seems to really care about your development and success within the company, which I have heard is not a given for other people in their roles.

Transparency, goal-setting, and open communication are key. A strong employee performance program should be based on individual growth, not company profits. Product testing before launch is a must. Diversity. And most importantly, employees should be seen as people, not numbers

Finding a path to exit, investing in winnable areas, rounding out the executive team with more experience, listening to employees and letting departments make their own decisions.

I appreciate the amount of time and focus our People Team have put in mental and physical well being. No matter your role, ethnicity, fitness level, age, ability or whatever, there is something for everyone to check in on themselves.

My favorite benefit they give is they pay a little for my student loans every month, which means the world to me as a recent graduate.

The company has a nice balance of benefits, perks, and good compensation. The benefits package is much nicer than most companies of similar size.

Compensation is way under market value when compared to companies of the same size and compared to the industry.

I try to balance work related meetings and tasks with more casual/fun meetings with my team. We are all more than employees and I love just talking with my team to simply "be".

Very approachable and understanding. I was a little intimidated when I first started, but that quickly went away after interacting with them.

The company should focus on specializing in one product and truly becoming experts, rather than pushing something they aren’t prepared for. There’s a major lack of organization and clear processes, and sales teams prioritize their own benefit over the company’s long-term su
