What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Transparency, goal-setting, and open communication are key. A strong employee performance program should be based on individual growth, not company profits. Product testing before launch is a must. Diversity. And most importantly, employees should be seen as people, not numbers

Finding a path to exit, investing in winnable areas, rounding out the executive team with more experience, listening to employees and letting departments make their own decisions.
