It's quite good. The work is not easy and if you're in sales there will be some travel, but there is a recognition of the need for balance.

Generally there is a positive impression of the CEO. He has big vision, and is very accesable.
Horrible person, doesn't care about his employees, doesn't know how to lead, rude, talks behind people's backs...the list could go on!
