Leadership team is approachable, transparent and friendly.
Leadership is comprised of so many unique and ambitious individuals, all here to help us reach our executive business goals while also empowering each individual team and team-member with the resources they need so we can win as an organization

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The total package is top notch
Fair base, solid bonus when company performs
The best part about our package in my personal opinion is our PTO and our benefits -- we have great medical/dental/vision benefits and as I get older I realize how crucial it is! We are also given a wonderful PTO/sick day/volunteer day package where I've been able to take mental health days as well!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Need to adjust compensation on the current economic environment. Salary and compensation is not matching the cost and expense on today's world
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart and energetic overall team
Collaborative, smart and hard working
Funny, hard working, honest and earnest
Great camaraderie. Always wiling to help
Responsibilities and tasks are clearly outlined within the team, everyone owning it. When in need, collaboration and support is readily available.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are easy to talk to
There is a family atmosphere at the social events, everyone taking time to getting to know one another.
The most positive thing about our culture/environment is that people are ALWAYS willing to help you -- there are so many different channels and resources dedicated to answering our questions/helping us overcome obstacles, you never feel like you're tackling issues alone as they arise
All hands are real, they answer every question we have every month directly

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Remember that people outside of sales bring value and are human, too.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The process allowed me to learn about them as much as they learned anout me
Very open, direct but lengthy interview process
Transparency. I was made to understand the role I was offered very well. Job description was a true reflection of the job offered.
What I liked most was being able to express my personal skills and my professional skills to the individuals whom I interviewed with -- I also enjoyed being able to meet with individuals who were in different roles within the company!

Culture and benefits are the best.
ML cares about its employees and does everything they can to help improve their performance, help them reach their career goals, understand realistic expectations of their role, and its apparent the employee experience is well looked after.
