People are easy to talk to

There is a family atmosphere at the social events, everyone taking time to getting to know one another.

The most positive thing about our culture/environment is that people are ALWAYS willing to help you -- there are so many different channels and resources dedicated to answering our questions/helping us overcome obstacles, you never feel like you're tackling issues alone as they arise
