Get off the phone pay attention to the job. Be put with like minded workers. Being put with those that do less then the bare minimum cause they know you'll pick up the slack is exhausting. There are no more good days.
Customer complaints are mainly quality issues. Caused by poorly kept or out dated equipment. Fix the machines as a hole. Don't fix one part while another is broken fix it all. Numbers come before anything else because this is what drives are pay. Broken machines count against you. Stop this
