Making work life balance more than just a buzzword that corporate uses. Needs to be prioritized at the mill level by local management.

Better intermediate management and selection. VPs are now selected by gender or race as is those that report directly to them.

The internal recruitment process for management positions is not always fair and transparent. Sometimes managers have preferences and won't even publish an open position, and even if they are published, it feels that the process is rigged.
