The were a few interviews, however, each offered a new perpective within the company.

That you are able to meet a lot of leadership and people in the organization through multiple interviews throughout the day. Also being onsite at corporate.

we are not labor intensive and we do random drug screenings but dont require a HS diploma for intro level jobs. this adds to the excessive time it takes to higher a new person which is 2-3 weeks.

It was good coming in they lead you to believe that they are very Family Oriented and believe in diversity but it’s the manage mindset once you get in when you see what’s really going

I'm not sure if this has to do with recruitment, but if so, the process is good, but sometimes the selection process feels as if it was rigged, with a candidate already pre-selected.
