we are not labor intensive and we do random drug screenings but dont require a HS diploma for intro level jobs. this adds to the excessive time it takes to higher a new person which is 2-3 weeks.
It was good coming in they lead you to believe that they are very Family Oriented and believe in diversity but it’s the manage mindset once you get in when you see what’s really going

I'm not sure if this has to do with recruitment, but if so, the process is good, but sometimes the selection process feels as if it was rigged, with a candidate already pre-selected.

Listen to the skill your candidates posses and utilize them.
You have to go thru 100 hoops to get in and start making money. We have families to feed, time is of the essence.
