Removing obstacles. Broken parts need replaced scheduling needs to be more fluid. Listen to those in production if everybody is having the same issues fix them don't ignore them. Be proactive and not reactive

Leadership needs to be better at communicating their needs. Be direct. Confront issues head on to resolve them, and don't be so conflict avoidant it makes more conflict.
Recogizing those that are pulling the wagon for them out in the field. In a remarkable year, they freeze raises and add more VP's. Not great optics from the executive team.
