The communication between office workers and floor workers is horrible. Like managers do not tell us everything we need to know. We end up finding out from other workers in other depts

Limited mobility. Corporate initiatives are shoved through regardless of necessity, and then promptly abandoned (even though "this time will be different"). Shipping and logistics have been an absolute train wreck for 10 years. Pay is adequate, offers a pension, 3% 401k match, decent insurance.
