What do you like best about the leadership team?
Supportive and provides guidance when required.
Communication between leadership and employees
They listen to us for the most part and they try to work with us.
They take the time needed to train and explain your job.
They are very knowledgable and helpful
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Only kohler family members snd family friends have job security. A commin saying is "you're always one meeting away from getting fired" meaning a family member could have a bad day and they can just take it out on you. Zero job security.
Communication. Listening to their team who has been there longer.
Stop pushing for more. Honesty is not existing
Value the associates and SMEs.
They need to hire competent people and get rid of the pretenders.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base pay good, bonus structure not great
It feels fair and reasonable, with a clear opportunity for growth.

It's a paycheck. Plenty of overtime on your checks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When i was hired i had a set of responsibilities but over time those responsibilities have grown and grown and the compensation increase is barely keeping up with inflation.
They give you fair pay to hire you, but you will never see a reasonable increase.
Pay equity . Pay fairly for what you expect
I'm part time so I don't get benefits.
No career development and no personal growth.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People are very skilled here. They demand excellence of themselves.
Smart, ambitious people who are passionate about making our brand successful
They have good attitudes and accountability.
We learn and grow together.
Everyone in the team would like to do what is best for the business. Clearer accountability would drive this further forward. And a desire for more team work over individual progression would create an executing team.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop thinking they are something special and can do what they want and get away with it
Not lashout in anger, not talk about other coworkers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Managment lets me do my job and trusts me. I am allowed a fajr degree of autonomy
Working in the AD department.
People like working together and people enjoy surpassing expectations.
People listen and your ideas get promoted up through the organization where you get credit and the ability to present.

Some good coworkers , some slackers
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Horrible culture. You will be thrown undee a bus by someone to either protect themselves or to try and get ahead.
Supervisors that hold themselves and their workers accountable.
Continue to work towards a constructive and collaborative culture
The company needs to listen to subject matter experts. The need to stop forcing ideas down from the top instead listen to the subject matter experts that do the work every day

I am paid very well and so is my team. We enjoy providing a top-quality product to our customers.
Hands down, it is the people.

When i can work without management
The people I work with and the work I get to do
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
This company needs to stop msking decisions in emotion and focus on business strategies. Maybe don't create a hostile work environment...
No one seems to care about the motto "delight the customer"
Supply chain issues, quality issues, weak management incompetent business decisions.
The communication between office workers and floor workers is horrible. Like managers do not tell us everything we need to know. We end up finding out from other workers in other depts
