A very positive experience, I haven't regretted my change to Organon a single moment. It's a positive and welcoming atmosphere despite everyone working very hard.
A purposeful company in a purposeful industry makes me motivated. Salaries and benefits are competitive. Areas for improvement are reducing siloes and workload at local market level.
We beleive in what we do. we dont engage in company politics. People are valued for what they do and what they bring to the table
I have so far never regret to move from MSD to Organon. The spirit is much better and the the can do mentality makes a difference.
initial excitement due to launch & purpose..which as of today hide the negative impact on dis-balance...worried of how might evolve
