What is the best part about your compensation package?
Organon is fair and looks into ways of providing quarterly bonuses too - something I never experienced at larger pharma companies. I think we are both innovative and always looking to improve even though we are still new and growing.

Some need to learn a lot in their field, as they are new to the role. Some others have old fashioned, biased mindset, which does not match the company culture and goals. Others are really good and motivated, so I get motivated even more when working with them.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better communicate strategy, be specific in next steps and share impact to people around. Some strategy is happening but some people are not invited into implementation and there is unclear future for them.

they were very nice. unfortunately they just sold me an ideal role that is not translated into the day to day reality of the role.

What makes you most happy at work?
My work has impact, I can make an impact and I can use all my talent in ways big and small. This is the culture we see top down and bottom up. A few still have to get used to it but they will eventually realise how happy they can be here.

Too heavy workload, much stress, not enough time for onboarding, get bombarded by emails (many emails on the same thing - too many reminders, even before the deadline of a task)
