Too many systems, hardly and training on the systems, bad to nonexistant support when there are problems or questions regarding any of the systems. Data is spread out across multiple, often times redundant systems, and data organization and maintenance is not consistent across systems.

The benefits in Switzerland are terrible compared to those in the US. Covering a portion of health insurance and providing life insurance would be a good place to start.

Within my organization there seems to be a lot a talk about "change management" but I have yet to see the pull through of those discussions. We need to be better at not letting process drive the business. Still understaffed in important areas without a light at the end of the tunnel.

The people I work with are stressed and I don't think that helps to bring your best self to work. There is also a bit of individualism for career wins, and it would be better if there was more collectivism.
