How employees describe working at Parsons Corporation
Parsons is an incredible company to work for. I have been here 6 months, and this is the best job I've ever had. The benefits and upper management are great and I enjoy coming to work each day. My position is on-site with the client, and my team is respected and appreciated by our client.
HR is made up of email/chat bots. I've never spoken to anyone in HR. No published info on merit cycle.
Pay is ok. Bonus is uneven across departments
