Nothing. I'm not happy with my job. I do too many things and I'm not compensated enough.

My coworkers are fine, nothing they need to improve. Many of them are great people and even greater workers.

The people are very friendly. A good number of them understand that you're not just a cog in the machine, and are outgoing and eager to help if they can.

The people that I interviewed with were very friendly, detail oriented and easy to get along with. Research that I made into the company before being interviewed was very welcome and congratulated.
O que você mais gosta nos lideres?
I don't have much of an experience with the "leadership" team, whatever that is. If it has anything to do with being content in my role and compensation, I can't say I like anything about them.
