What do you like best about the leadership team?
Primerica is corporation that has a unique culture where everybody from your upline to the home office is concern with your success as an independent contractor/agent/broker. And the only way to be successful is to always do what's best for the customers in order to get referrals from them.

Primerica is a great company with a terrific opportunity for anyone. You have to work for what you get like any thing else in the world but the return can be limitless. If you've had a bad experience here it can only be because of the person you were working with and not the company.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
There's no cap in the compensation and the more you grow the more you earn. The bigger your customer portfolio the bigger your compensation. And to get promoted you don't need anyone to like you. The path is written in black and white, if you produce you get promoted and make more money.

Primerica was founded by Art Williams a high school coach, the core of this company is teamwork. There's strength in numbers and we all work, grow and champion each other

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive about the culture is the personal growth opportunity which is tied to the income, and the best of the environment is the outlook is positive and and the attitude of the leaders from way up top to the immediate is to support the growth and success of the individual contributors (me)

What did you like most about the interview process?
When I was recruited in Primerica my financial life was as its worst, I immediately saw an opportunity to change that not just as an agent but by learning and following the Primerica core value of Buy Term and Invest the difference. I started with protecting my family and investing in my future self

The most exciting thing about working at Primerica is to be able to make a difference in middle income families, help them develop a financial plan to improve their futures and teach them about the value of paying themselves first and investing so they money grows and they can be truly free
