Easy to get through and not threatening

Inter action, finding out the goals & dreams of the interviewee, what they want to accomplish in their life, finding hard worker, good people.

The team leader is very straight forward about what they are looking for and will only add you to the team if both are a match. They also work with hours available and allow part-time or full-time.

Better training or effective training

The interview process was a "Senior Vice President" selling me a job. In hindsight, I realize jobs are acquired, not bought.

Tell the truth to recruits not feed them a false dream
